Charges a call out fee ($95) and then by the minute. Expensive and, in my view, that sort of price structure leads to an incentive to take more time and charge more. That's what it felt like to me. They didnt agree. Learnt my lesson. Next time, fixed price or cheaper call out fee and per time payment structure.
