Not happy at all. I was charged the full service fee of $242 (inc GST) to tell me that they cannot repair my heater and that i would need to replace it. They proceeded to give me a quote on a new heater with a promise that the $242 will be deducted from the cost should I give them the job. I was charged a full service fee when minimal service was provided. Not happy at all.
