Have a Vulcan Quasair gas wall heater - pilot light keeps going out - and very little fan operation. Turned on heater last week and gas flames were emitted from under the pilot light and then pilot light was extinguished. Haven't tried to light again. Heater would be about 18 years old. Also need to check pilot light on a gas log heater with fan - pilot light has extinguished. Hot water service pilot light also goes out regularly and need this checked too.

Unfortunately the service from this company declined rapidly as we required subsequent call outs. Without hot water for 3 days and had promised a call out, however despite several calls on the third day and a promise that they would arrive - nothing happened. Several calls and messages were left in the evening - not returned. Finally after another call and message on the following morning a staff member returned my call and said the boss had gone to Spain for a holiday and didn't tell them about our job! Very disappointing.
