Here are some considerations for your estimates:
- Current house has 7 spaces to be heated and is 111.62sqm in floor space
- House with extension is going to increase to approx 9 rooms (yet to confirm actual size)
- Energy efficiency is important. Ideally we're looking for 6 star.
- The heating should be split into 2 zones if possible
- At least one outlet per a room.
- All outlets will be set into floorboards (no tiles etc).
- There is a manhole for access under the house
- Not sure where the intake will go as the house is double brick and there are no cupboards. I could see it going under the kitchen bench or set into the floor...
