We have an existing Slow Combustion Wood Fire which Heats our house comfortably. However wood is getting hard to get and costly, so we want to replace it with a Natural Gas Heater. We are looking for a High Capacity Natural Gas Heater with a Log Fire effect. Our Hose is quite large , 3 Bedrooms plus a Granny Flat. It is a Brick Vaneer building and well insulated. The unit we are looking for must have an external flue and so that would make it easier to fit in place of the wood fire. We have had a Quote from a locally made unit from acompany in melbourne for a new unit for $3600.00. But that is out of my reach as far as money goes. So we are looking for a seconhand unit.
