Fix ducted heating, Brivis Buffalo system not heating up

I have a gas ducted system brivis buffalo which operates on thermostat system, last night i turned heater on and then it turned off before temperature even got to requested temperature. later i then turned it back on and nothing happened. the pilot light is on and running i suspect it is the thermostat as its been sitting on 12 deg all day, and i tell you its less than that in here!
