Mark attended site as arranged. Unfortunately, Mark did not completely fix the problem. Mark replaced a part (which I have no doubt was faulty) and charged me his call-out fee, time to do the replacement and the cost of the part. However, the unit is still faulty and after getting Mark to return - (which he did) he has advised that I need to get a Brivis technician out to fix what he thinks are the controllers(?). I am now up for the cost of another call-out and service fee from another company to fix something that I believed Mark was competent and capable of fixing. A am extremely disappointed and feel that Mark should have taken the responsibility to educate himself (or even call Brivis himself) to work out the problem and not leave until he had fixed the unit to my satisfaction. The underlying morale contract that I as a consumer make with you, is that the you as a technician will fix the technical problem or not charge me .... you have failed to meet your moral contact with me and breached my trust. This is very disappointing and 'leaves a bad taste in my mouth". I mark this as "very Expensive" not because of Mark's charges, but because he did not fix the problem, I will now incur additional (as yet unspecified) costs.
