The ducted heater is working, but it's not producing a lot of heat. Warm air is coming through the vents, but it doesn't seem to heat the house enough. As far as I can tell, the ducts don't appear to have come off the vent outlets. The unit occasionally makes a loud noise. The unit is about 22 years old, but has been working well up to now.
