The gas ducted heating (Omega ehe100s) unit is sitting outside the single storey house. The unit hasn't been working properly for nearly a year. Occasionally we get rubber burning smell plus large banging and clunking noise when it's working. It turned on and off very frequently even when the weather was cold. Lately we couldn't turn it on at all.
