1. No power to the ducted heating unit, the control panel doesn't light up.
Heating can not be switched on because of this.
2. Also heating unit temperature could not be controlled when it was operational. Once the temperature dial was moved it would turn off the heater and turn off the pilot light, and it would need to be re-lighted manually.
