I live in Berwick. My ducted heating is not working and needs repair.
The model/make is 'Omega ihe120s'.
On Saturday night we had a brown out and didn't realise at the time that this happened 10 seconds after switching the heating on. I switched the power back on at the fuse box, but didn't realise until the next morning the heating was not working.
I climbed up into the ceiling to reset the furnace. This did not help. Through the vents on the furnace I can see a green/yellow light flashing in a pattern of 3 flashes. As I have tried to reset it more times, the flashing sometimes changed to a constant on/off (like an indicator in a car).
My house is very cold and I would love this problem repaired today if possible.
I would also like to know call out fees and hourly rates etc ahead of time, so if you can provide this information upfront that would be appreciated.
