Ducted heating (Gas) needs a service plus HeatNGlo heater needs a service

4 bed single storey house in Waterways, 3195. I have recently moved in so am not familar with how everything works as yet.
Ducted heating seems temperamental and inefficient. also some ducts work better than others. it seems that I need to turn temp up really high for it to kick in.I also have a 3 zone switch but not sure how to use
I also have a Heat and Glo gas fire heater which is supposed to turn on from a wall switch but instead I need to open flap at bottom of heater and use ON button ?
I would like both the ducted heating and the Heat n Glo servicing at a reasonable price by a qualified and reliable expert, please.
