Ducted heating - additional vents upstairs

Vulcan ducted heating has been installed to downstairs area only. We would like to install 5-6 vents in the upstairs areas (via the roof space where the unit is located). Unit currently doesn't seem to turn on (it previously did work). Also, I'd prefer to install a timed controller. The current controller is the most basic model.
