ducting heating and aircon is about 5 years old. airflow seems to have reduced to about 50% - fan and aircon unit recently serviced (and cleaned) so suspect a ducting issue. house is two story with bottom story ducts under floor and second story ducts in roof. need someone to come and inspect all ducts and repair/replace ducting where/if any damage exists. ducting is divided into three zones - 1. downstairs living areas 2. downstairs bedrooms and 3.upstairs.
the zone dampers may also require an upgrade as the leaking may be caused by a failed unit.
