Celair Aztec gas heater. The low and mediup fan settings do not work.

The heater shuts down after 5 minutes (presumably overheats) if the fan setting is low or medium. The fan does not work. Set to high, everthing works fine, except the fan speed is (obviously) very high. We would like it repaired before this setting goes as well.
