I was initially happy that I was called so quickly and Keith arrived promptly to look at the problem. He did some initial work but was uinsure how to fix the problem. He advised me that he would call the manufacturer to get some advice and woul call me the following week. Two weeks later I called him and after initially not remembering the job he then said that he had been unable to get through. He again advised that he would call back in another week. 10 days later I made another call which went to voice mail and to this date have not had a return call. I have since had the problem rectified by another business.
