Brivis Gas Heater doesnt work properly

Heater is not working properly. Not sure if problem is the heater or the ducting. Most likely the ducting is the problem as unit seems to be operating however no air coming through the vents. Cannot find any obvious faults in the ducts though. Have had the same problem every winter since installed in 2005 and installer cannot seem to fix the problem other than temporarily- think he is useless! Brivis dont seem to want to know about the problem. Please help if you can - we are freezing.
