Brivis Ducted heating: fan not turning off & unit now not coming on at all

Julia requested 3 quotes from Heating Professionals in Williamstown

A week ago when turning off system the fan would keep going blowing cold air into the house. Dealt with this by turning off electricity to unit each time. Yesterday, when turning electricity back on, the fan was still blowing, but unit would not come on (so not heating up). Got an error message "busy 55". Left electricity off all night and this morning seems to be heating up again, but there is clearly something wrong as its working intermittantly.
