Brivis ducted heater service. control box not working

Brivis buffalo 85 ducted heater control box seems to be not working properly. gas pilot light is still on, fan still works, but blowing cold air. control box does not seem to be responding to thermostat & so not ignighting burners. there is a red light flashing on the control box that is named 'roll'. heating unit is at least 10 years old but control box was replaced in last 2 years.
