We just moved in and we noticed that there are two issues w/ Brivis heater:
- (i) the heater is often failing to start, coming up with an Err message; and
- (ii) the area where the heater exhaust pipe leaves the roof is not properly sealed and water has been leaking in, causing some damage to our ceiling. We are not sure when the system was last serviced as we have only recently moved into the house, but we suspect it has been some time as it was previously a rental property
