The system does not respond to the control panel and we cannot alter temperatures unless we go and whack the ouside heater unit.
we've just paid $200 to have it fixed and it's still exactly the same. repairman says we might as well get a new system...at $2,700. this isn't possible, as we're age pensioners and can't afford this type of performance again. last year we had a new circuit board fitted. repairman suggest we get yet another one.
this situation is ridiculous. is there someone who can sort this out for us at reasonable cost? or maybe quote free for what needs doing? surely it's just a matter of terminals not connecting?(given that i know nothing at all about the system, except that it isn't working!)
