The guys from DHC Air came out to fix the issue with the heater. Spent just over an hour and charged about $200 to have a look at the system to come back and say we couldn't find anything wrong. They said they reset the system and it should be fine. Same night we called them back as the serviceman stuck their number onto the heater control unit. When we called they said they cant come back out. In the end we called someone else who did find the problem and fixed the problem with the heater. They also didn't charge us a cent, not even a call out fee, till we confirmed that the heater was working. The problem was with the fan for the heater. DHC felt like they just come onsite have a look around to make up the time to make some quick money. I didn't mind paying as long as the problem was fixed, because if they cant fix it, it means another person has to come out and waste time going through the same steps.
