15 year old Rinnai Gas Wall Heater won't stay on for long

We have a Rinnai Gas Wall heater which switches off after 20 minutes or so. It can take a fair amount of clicks too, to get the pilot light to light up the heater. The Gas Heater is over 15 years old at least too.
