My external window edging/cladding has come away from the wall which has resulted in water entering and rotting the interior bottom windowsills. I've found many carpenter ants after pulling away some of the rotting wood so am thinking that they may be nesting in the rotting wood.
I am after a quote on repairing this and also replacing the edging/cladding from all the windows.
