Bob is a pleasant and polite tradesman who is willing to accommodate a time suitable for the customer, even at the last minute and close to Christmas! He presents well in a very clean white overall and works quietly with very little or no disturbance to the customer. He works quickly and is also punctual on a regular basis. He does not make use of the kitchen but provides for himself making life in the household much easier. His work is very good, he cleans up daily and is willing to change arrangements for the job if there is a problem. I would rate his work as 9/10 and work ethic 10/10.
