1) I need an ikea tv unit built and wall mounted. It crosses over an area that is part brick and part plasterboard
2) I have an electric gate where a steel screw hinge holds the arm to the frame of the gate to open and close. The frame of the gate will no longer hold a screw for some reason and i have had trouble finding a way to reattach the arm
