Nothing difficult, just need someone who can use a drill (concrete walls), do a very small patch of tiling, clean 2 gutters. if they can do a fence repair (steel fence) that would be great (you'll need to increase the budget amount i gave). probably 1/2 to 1 day's work.
i've been let down 4 times by others who didn't turn up, so i hope you can help.
