1. Front door of the house is difficult to open and close – the top of the door may need to be shaved off slightly;
2. Two kitchen drawers are broken and need repair;
3. Mould needs to be removed from ceilings in 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The ceilings need to be repainted with two coats of paint.
4. Cornice in one bedroom has sustained previous water damage and need repair.
5. Eaves outside the house need to be repainted as they have become mouldy.
6. External door leading to deck needs to be repainted.
7. There is an external crack above and below the rumpus room window that needs to be repaired and painted with colour to match.
