1) Front Door: Paint unit's front door and door jam to which is smoke damaged.
2) Drywall hole: Patch small hole in drywall near laundry door, and paint. This is the size of a tennis ball.
3) Bathroom: Supply and fit showerhead and new washers to taps.
4) Bathroom: Remove old seal around showerscreen and re-seal with silicone.
5) Backdoor lock: supply and fit new sliding screen door lock to back door.
6) Toilet Leak: The toilet base seems to be leaking, need a quote on repairing the leak.
Please provide a single consolidated quote on all the above.
