Total area is approx. 70sqm. About 20sqm in area would be concrete or stepping stones + pebbles. This would be done next to the existing pergola & around the house (backyard part only). Then the rest would be turf. We're looking at Buffalo or Sir Walter Grass which is about 50sqm area.
