Theatre lounge seats no longer recline

My lounge interconnects and has 4 seats that recline. The middle 2 seats have pully cords that sit in the middle of the right hand side. One of the seats the plastic that is attached to the cord that is used to pull has snapped off. On the other chair the pully no longer pulls after a certain point.
