The metal strip at the base of the glass shower door has slipped ...

Our shower is semi-frameless and the metal strip which has a rubber insert into which the glass door fits has slipped. This means that we can't swing the door past the frame fixed to the floor. I can't get the glass to fit back between the rubber and into the metal protective strip. Can anyone refix this, and how much will it cost?
