Source and install pole for basketball hoop

i have a basketball backboard (and hoop) with mounting kit to attach it to a pole. i need someone to source (or provide details of a supplier) and install the pole into a brick/concrete driveway. the steel(?) pole would be 3.5" in diameter. ideally a sleeve to fit the pole would be installed in the driveway so that the pole can be removed. the height above the ground is approximately three meters. the weight of the basketball backboard and hoop is approximately 10kg.
