we require two non-urgent small repairs to a tenanted house.
1. wardrobe door has come off its tracks. it is an old-school door, simple track mechanism. needs to be put back on track. happened when we lived in the house, it is nothing major, but if possible look at why this is happening, and see if there is a fix so that it doesn't do this again.
2. one section of small picket fence in front yard coming loose from post, will require fixing, and maybe strengthening?
