Small concrete slab for water tank.

Concrete slab for a water tank needed, plus small path leading to concrete tank if possible.
Concrete slab dimentions: 3m x 1m for 2900Lx950Wx2020H(mm) tank.
Path would be approximately 10mx 40cm.
The site is on a slope and would require some digging to get flat, but not too much. Path can follow gentle hill, no worries.
Please quote both path and slab separately, as we do not have oodles of money to spend, and if we can only afford the slab, then so be it.
Pay no attention to price guide listed. I didnt know what to put!
