Site levelling required for 18 x 13m backyard

Our backyard isnt in to much of a bad state but it is not level.
It is a new house so no plants no garden and lots of dirt/mud.
We would like to get the site properly levelled and cleaned of all the rocks (they are fairly small up to 12cm).
