Shower Tiling and floor board replacement

The grouting in the shower tiles has come away and water is leaking behind the tiles into the wall. Also water is leaking from the bottom right hand corner of the shower into the floor board which is starting to rot and breakdown. Will possible need full re-tile and replacement of one or two floor boards.
