Steve responde very quickly and was prepared to come on Sunday. We negotiated an appropriate time during the week. My only criticism is that he said he would be here at 8am and did not arrive until about 10.15; he did phone about 9 to say he would be about half an hour. The job he did is most satisfactory and I would happily use his services again
