the existing shower base has a fairly significant crack and as a result, it leaks straight onto the floor underneath. the company undertaking this work will require to remove existing shower base and replaced with a new shower base. inspection of the floorboard underneath to if it has rotten will be useful.
alternatively, please supply a quote for labour only (i will supply the shower base myself).
