We require a carpenter / builder to construct the following shed on our property in Rushworth, Victoria
Here are the requirements
Shed length 10m
Shed width 5m
Shed height 1.8m to 2m
Verandah 1.5m wide running along the front of the shed 10m long
Shed to bolted to the concrete slab
Requirements for shed to include
Gutters all the way around
2 windows
1 door
10 degrees roof pitch
Insulation required
Require water tank to be connected up to shed
Require plumbing for toilet
Please note there is no power or running water on the property.
Require the builder to also supply the shed. Needs to be strong and presentable.
Require the builder to also organize the concrete for delivery.
Could you please provide a total project cost for the concrete, shed and labour
