I would like to seal and plaster my workshop to create a seperate studio space. The building is roughly 2-3m x 3-4m and is half brick half weather board. The brick will need plastic sheeting to waterproof and the walls and ceiling plastered with insulation added where needed. Easy access through double garage and driveway. Workshop has a timber interior frame.
