Seal gap around tv antenna pole which is causing leaking into the roof void

tv antenna installed onto roof with the antenna pole inserted into the roof cavity and secured onto the wooden frame in the roof the roof tile and flashing was moved aside so this could be done once installation complete tile and flashing moved back into place but there is a space around the pole where the water gets in when in rains as the tile cannot sit back into its place properly. The area around the pole needs to be sealed to stop any water dripping down the pole and down around this space into the roof. the gap around the pole is approx 4cm around.
