made an appointed time and then rang 15 minutes prior to say he couldn't make it. Told customer that he is very busy and she should appreciate that he is trying to squeeze her into his schedule <p><b>Response from provider:</b></p> <p>Client rang back on mobile, told her that we were on our way to a job in Bentleigh and were were booked for the rest of the day. Client insisted that because we were in Bentleigh we could call in and have a look at the job. I told her that we would do our best and made a time for 1.30. On arrival at the Bentleigh job we discoved that we would need more time. I rang the client and told her that we needed another 20 to 30 mins and would be there at about 2.00. The client did not accept this and demanded that we leave the Bentliegh job now to attend hers. I explained that we had booked this job two days ago and that she had only rang us back 30 mins ago and we were doing our best to fit her in on very short notice. She would not accept this point of view and again demanded that we leave Bentleigh immeditialy. I tryed to explain to her that we always booked jobs two and three days in advance and it was unfair to the Bentleigh client that had been booked previously. I again told her that we would just be another 30 min over our agreed time. She would not accept this so I suggested that unless she could accept what i was putting to her then she might need to try and find someone else. I then terminated the call. </p>
