It needs to be padded out slightly so the walls are flat and line up with the shower base, and the walls neded to be flat enough for tileing so there is no rocking of the tiles when placed on the walls. There is also some cornace work that needs to be done in the kitchen and bathroom.and two walls in the laundry need replastering.
