Remove old fence plinth board and replace with new treated pine plinth board.
This is a small job at a private house near Brandon Park Shopping Centre.
Existing plinth board is standard 150mm high x just less than 25mm deep.
Lengths between centres of posts are:
5 x 2.9 m, 2 x 2.7 m and one length 3.2 m (extends 300mm.past the post).
Would prefer longer (up to 6 metre) lengths where possible.
