· Kitchen tap is broken (believe is a flick mixer) tenant has advised in email of the following:
“it's one of those unilever type taps with a metal flexible tube attached as it's flopping around it's loose in it's socket it's putting alot of pressure on the seal if the seal breaks and I'm at home it's fine I can turn the water off but if it breaks and I'm not there ..... I don't mean to hassle you but it needs to fixed right away”
· Window in balcony door has cracked
Unit 5
· Tenant has advised that sealant around sink has come apart.
