A builder has recently removed two internal walls and added an internal support beam. We need the gap in the ceiling plaster repaired approx 10m long and 20-30cm wide and the walls approx 5m. Two walls approx 4sqm need plaster board and we will need to tidy up or replace the cornaces. I am not too worried about matching cornaces as the house will be fully renovated in 4 years. The house is non-period 60-70's style. I am looking for a simple, low budget repair.
