Repair Tilt and Lift Garage Door

I have a very basic tilt and lift garage door over car port. The metal mechanism on the back has broken off and needs replacing. This operates as bolt which goes in the ground when the t-lock is turned. I do not know where to get a replacement part from. I would also like the lock replaced.
