General handyman work as follows:
- replace and paint (paint will be supplied) upper and lower railings and pickets on front deck of weatherboard period home;
- insert screw in draw slider in bathroom drawer, to affix draw slider more securely;
- fix cistern in downstairs toilet, to stop it from sticking and water continuing to flow;
- fix downstairs bathroom door lock to enable it to lock/unlock properly;
- secure wardrobe door hinge in upstairs bedroom.
In addition (to be quoted separately, as costs to be split with neighbour): repair/replace rotted fence post and ensure the rest of the dividing fence is intact + fix capitol on fence post.
