A vertical pipe that's located externally of the house at the upper level has become loose due to severe wind condition. There are two galvanised iron straps securing this pipe to the brick wall. The upper straps has detached from the wall but the second is securing this pipe. When the weather is windy this pipe is swaying left and right and will eventually give way as the second strap is also becoming loose. Because these galvanised iron straps are situated at the upper level of the house (external), the repairer will require an extended ladder.
